The Maintenance Superintendent will oversee daily maintenance operations, including planning and scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and managing plant maintenance activities. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring equipment performance, and collaborating with other departments to resolve technical issues efficiently. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance Management and Plant Maintenance operations.Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance planning and Maintenance & Repair activities.Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead maintenance teams.Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in maintenance operations.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.Understanding of budget management and resource allocation is a plus.Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.Prior experience in facilities or construction maintenance is advantageous.
