Operations Manager

Job Overview The Operations Manager is responsible for leading operations and business development within the Denver regional market. This role oversees all data collection activities through direct management of Project Managers and field staff, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. In addition to operational leadership, the Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, generating new business, and staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies. This role serves as a key decision-maker in the local market and plays a critical role in driving growth and operational excellence. Duties Operations & Technical Oversight Oversee all data collection operations in the local market Maintain fiscal, schedule, and technical control of projects Ensure quality control of deliverables and adherence to IDAX standards Demonstrate expert knowledge of IDAX equipment, services, and methodologies Project Management Determine project staffing, materials, and equipment needs Evaluate project feasibility and profitability Solve data collection challenges and recommend optimal solutions Anticipate client needs and proactively manage risks Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing Business Development Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities with public and private agencies Develop and execute local outreach and marketing efforts Manage a book of business aligned with company growth goals Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and field staff Provide performance feedback, coaching, and professional development Support training and onboarding of new staff, including Technician Apprentices Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Operations management: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
