We specialize in operating both permanent, indoor pickleball clubs as well as high-profile, seasonal activations.Position OverviewAs a Pickleball Coach at CityPickle, you will work closely with our Lead Pro and coaching team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will help deliver exceptional on-court experiences across lessons, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and events—both on and off the court.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality coaching for players of all skill levelsDevelop and implement effective, engaging training programsCreate a supportive, inclusive, and fun learning environmentEvaluate player progress and deliver clear, constructive feedbackOffer private lessons (set your own availability and rates)Assist with open play, leagues, tournaments, and eventsRepresent the CityPickle brand with professionalism and energySkills & QualificationsStrong passion for pickleballHigh energy, collaborative mindset, and leadership mentalitySelf-starter with strong ownership and follow-throughExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMinimum 1 year of pickleball coaching experience (certification preferred)Bonus: experience in programming, events, or sports operationsCompensation$40/hour for CityPickle-hosted programmingAdditional earning potential through privately set lesson rates1099 independent contractor roleCityPickle is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
