🏗️ Project Manager – Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems📍 Remote USA | ~20% travelJBAndrews is partnered exclusively with a leading engineering and manufacturing business specialising in high-bay warehouse (HBW) and ASRS solutions, supporting major customers across cold chain, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ASRS Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ASRS and rack-supported building projects across North America.The RoleYou will take full ownership of projects post-sale, managing delivery from design through to installation and final handover. Key requirements will be to:Lead greenfield & brownfield ASRS projectsManage budget, scope, and timelines across multiple projects ($2M–$70M)Coordinate internal engineering teams and external contractorsOversee site execution via Site ManagersHandle customer relationships, escalations, and reportingManage 2–5 major projects concurrentlyWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in ASRS, racking, or intralogistics project deliveryBackground in construction or engineering project managementComfortable managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projectsEngineering education preferredStrong stakeholder management and organisational skillsWhy This Role?Work on large, technically complex ASRS buildsJoin a growing division with strong market demandHigh-impact role with autonomy and ownershipCompetitive package with strong bonus potential
