.Showroom Sales & Support Associate Culver City, CA Anderson Moulding, Doors & Windows Anderson Moulding, Doors & Windows is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Sales & Support Associate to join our Culver City team. About the Role: This is a full-time, in-showroom position supporting both walk-in customers and our outside sales team. You’ll play a key role in helping customers select the right windows and doors for their projects while keeping showroom operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Greet and assist customers in the showroom and over the phone with window and door selections. Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs, project scope, and product options. Showcase products and explain features, benefits, and differences clearly and confidently. Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term relationships. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and follow-ups. Support outside sales reps, including assisting with Will Call pickups. Process payments and assist with receiving materials. Keep showroom, displays, and inventory areas clean, organized, and professional. Stay current on product offerings and industry trends. Balance sales goals with daily administrative and support tasks. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in window and door sales or related building materials. Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email). Customer-service mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Comfortable handling clerical and administrative responsibilities. Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented. Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
