RAN Feature Test engineer

RAN Feature Tester (4G/5G RAN)Location: Bellevue, WA (100% Onsite)Duration: Long-term ContractIndustry: Telecom / Wireless / RAN TestingWe are looking for a RAN Feature Tester to support cutting-edge 4G LTE and 5G radio product validation in a lab environment. This is a great opportunity to work on next-generation wireless technologies before they are deployed in live networks.Role Overview:This role is part of a Product & Services Readiness team responsible for validating and testing new radio technologies before deployment into major telecom operator networks. The engineer will work in a lab environment supporting feature testing, integration, troubleshooting, and validation of Ericsson radio products for large customer deployments.Key Responsibilities:• Perform integration, testing, certification, and implementation of LTE/5G technologies in lab environments• Validate new software and hardware features for radio/baseband products• Execute feature testing, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept activities• Support Ericsson NPI projects including integration, configuration, and feature validation• Troubleshoot radio, baseband, and network issues during testing activities• Execute Test Object Lists (TOL) and document test results• Work closely with internal engineering teams and customer stakeholders• Support automation initiatives to improve testing efficiencyRequired Skills:• Strong LTE/5G wireless knowledge• Experience with RAN testing, feature testing, or network integration• Understanding of radio/baseband functionality and wireless protocols• Experience troubleshooting wireless network issues in lab or field environments• Hands-on experience with telecom test tools and log analysis• Strong communication and customer interaction skillsPreferred Background:• Ericsson RAN/Radio experience• T-Mobile project exposureAutomation/scripting experience is a plusWhat you didn’t know about us:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsShort/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness ProtectionLife Insurance and Retirement PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
