This role will focus on persona journey mapping, organizational change management (OCM), employee experience, and stakeholder alignment to support enterprise transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop persona profiles and service journey maps using Figma/MiroTranslate stakeholder pain points into user-centric portal experiencesCreate executive summaries, adoption materials, and change enablement contentAlign process designs with Employee Center / Portal experienceFacilitate workshops and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignmentSupport enterprise-wide adoption and communication strategiesRequired Skills7+ years in UX, Human-Centered Design (HCD), or Organizational Change Management (OCM)Strong experience with persona mapping, journey mapping, and service designHands-on expertise with Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting large-scale ESM, ITSM, or digital transformation programsAbility to work in fast-paced enterprise environmentsPreferredServiceNow Employee Center / HRSD exposureProsci/ADKAR or related OCM experienceExperience in enterprise portal or shared services transformation initiatives
