Build strong relationships with store leadership and associates to drive sales and merchandising success. Increase the shelf presence of Procter & Gamble products and resolve out-of-stock issues. Execute merchandising plans, including product placement, display building, and promotional activities. Utilize data to identify problems and implement actionable solutions within the territory. Travel across assigned stores and document visits, progress, and results.
