They work closely with leadership teams to assess technology needs and business requirements to develop comprehensive operational IT infrastructure, risk management, and disaster recovery strategies.Essential ResponsibilitiesAnalyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics as needed.Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.Develop cybersecurity strategy, eliminating security risks and vulnerabilities.Develop and deploy cybersecurity risk reporting process and data security risk mitigation training.Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize operational disruption in the event of emergency situations or data loss.Coordinate IT maintenance tasks, such as software and hardware updates, to ensure maximum availability and minimal downtime.Develop and oversee IT budget for resources and personnel.Manage IT vendor and service provider relationships; negotiate contracts and reduce costs where possible.Partner with leadership teams to develop capacity planning strategies in preparation for projected business and talent growth.Develop IT and cybersecurity audit schedule to facilitate across the Hillpointe organization.RequirementsBS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.3-5 years of job-related experience.NOTE: This document outlines the general nature and level of work expected from individuals in this role.
