Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Engineer located in Kansas City, MO. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and storage solutions to support advanced analytics and business intelligence. The role includes optimizing data workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs, and ensuring data integrity and scalability. Additional tasks include troubleshooting data issues, implementing data governance best practices, and supporting data integration from various sources. Qualifications Strong skills in Data Modeling, ETL processes, and building data pipelinesProficiency with SQL, Python, Scala, or other programming languages related to data engineeringExperience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudFamiliarity with distributed systems and big data platforms like Spark, Hadoop, or KafkaKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools such as Snowflake or RedshiftStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary teamFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fieldPrior experience in supply chain or warehouse automation solutions is an advantage
