Whether you thrive in a fast-paced leasing office, luxury environment, or affordable housing setting, we want to connect with professionals who can confidently support diverse communities and make an immediate impact.What You'll DoWelcome prospective residents and provide engaging community tours in both English and SpanishGuide prospects through the leasing process from first contact to move-inFollow up consistently to convert leads into signed leasesProcess applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork accuratelyMaintain organized guest cards, traffic reports, and leasing recordsEnsure compliance with Fair Housing and community policiesBuild positive relationships with prospects, residents, and onsite teamsSupport daily office operations and occupancy goalsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious apartment leasing experience is requiredBilingual English/Spanish requiredStrong sales, customer service, and closing skillsExperience with conventional, luxury, affordable, student housing, or lease-up communitiesAffordable housing and LIHTC experience is a plusExperience with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar property management softwareProfessional, dependable, and adaptableReliable transportation and flexibility to work at various locationsWeekend availabilityWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experienceWeekly payFlexible assignments with a variety of community typesTemp and Temp-to-hire opportunitiesImmediate openings throughout San Diego CountySupport from an experienced recruiting team dedicated to your successIf you're a bilingual Leasing Consultant who enjoys working in dynamic environments and helping communities succeed, apply today.
