Deltek Costpoint Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary: Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to consult on Deltek Costpoint implementations for a variety of clients. The successful candidate will leverage interpersonal skills, risk management, and organizational change management to successfully lead ERP implementations.Responsibilities and Duties:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The Project Manager will:Produce the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of productsMonitor the technical, cost and schedule performance of the projectLead resource planning and management efforts and resolve issues that impede the test effortCoordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are being metMonitor testing activities to ensure design and functionality requirements are consistently achievedUse cost and risk assessment tools and procedures to assess project healthTroubleshoot issues associated with complex systems or with development and design projectsLead various project status, planning, and review meetingsQualifications and Skills:ERP Implementation experience with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Unanet. PMP CertificationBachelor’s degree required in technical or business management related fieldFamiliar with ADKAR Change Management ModelEmotional IntelligenceAbility to utilize Project Management disciplines to estimate, coordinate and deliver committed project deliverablesMS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Project ServerCompany Overview:Alluvionic is a woman-owned, 8(a) certified solutions provider of project management, process improvement, product development, and cybersecurity services.
