A company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee Employee Engagement and Learning Management in a fully remote environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBridge management and employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and needs
Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and analyze training and engagement dataRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4-6 years of proven experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist in IT/Software/Consulting industry
Hands-on experience managing an LMS
Experience engaging and managing employees in a remote environment
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
