We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised.What You Can ExpectThis position is responsible for the molten metal pouring operations and subsequent melting operations to remove castings from the trees.How You'll Create ImpactLoading preheat furnaces and operating shell knock off equipment such as shot blast and cut-off saw. Operate the gate removal equipment, various blasting machines, mass finishing and solution anneal furnaces. Perform work while standing 95% of the time.What Makes You Stand OutMust be able to read precision measuring equipment Must have basic math skills Must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints Must be able to accurately record data using both computer and written skills Must be capable of performing duties with a high degree of teamwork Must be able to read, interpret, and maintain ZWIs, SOPs, ZESs, and QCPs.Your BackgroundHigh School diploma or GEDminimum of six months experience in foundry operations including handling and processing molten metal and performing basis support functions.
