Payroll Benefits Manager

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing an international advisory firm that is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager for a 5-month engagement based in Coral Gables (on-site, full-time, immediate start). This role will support ongoing payroll operations and benefits administration during a leave of absence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity across HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee support Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll and benefits regulations Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records Support audits, reporting, and process improvements within payroll and benefits functions
