What You'll Do * Design and optimize electrical or mechanical systems for reliability, performance, and safety. * Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and system improvements . * Contribute to rapid development cycles while ensuring compliance with industry standards (NEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASME). * Collaborate with senior engineers to implement innovative solutions quickly. * Document work clearly and communicate effectively across teams. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline). * Strong analytical skills paired with resourcefulness and ingenuity . * Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and thrive under tight timelines. * Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar design software is a plus. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
