Job Description
Initiate and drive post product Go-Live support and sustainment planning activities
Onshore-Offshore co-ordination
Proposing enhancements and new solutions
Provide assistance to VMware employees and customers to resolve application issues, code bugs and user errors in Hyperion Track
Provide product post go-live war room support
Define and reinforce standard methods and processes that eliminate errors and avoid re-work.
Task allocation and reporting
Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
