Contractual Manager (Hybrid)

Summary The Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) is responsible for collaborating and partnering with stakeholders to process dealer contractual change requests and support dealer's compliance to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. The Contractual Manager oversees a portfolio of change requests to update pertinent dealer information. Change requests must be processed timely with adherence to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement and respective state statutes. The Contractual Manager is the subject matter experts on Policy, Processes and Procedures Day in the role Receiving/discussing with dealerships to input a change request, along with working together to obtain the documentation needed to process. Meet with other departments to discuss requests.
