Role Description We are seeking a Creative Services Manager for a full-time, on-site position in the Washington, DC-Baltimore area. The Creative Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of visually compelling communications materials, managing creative projects, and supervising the production of marketing assets. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and the development of effective strategies for engaging diverse audiences. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and creative direction skills are key to success in this role. Qualifications Graphic design and creative direction experience, including the use of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong project and team management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple deadlines and guide creative teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to diverse stakeholdersProficiency in marketing and branding, with a focus on crafting cohesive strategies to enhance engagementDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to producing high-quality materialsExperience in web content management and digital marketing platforms is a plusBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredAbility to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment in the Washington, DC-Baltimore area
