Multi Skilled Craftsman Year-Round Full Time Position Monday - FridayAce Handyman Services Outer Banks is seeking a versatile professional skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor electrical, and plumbing. Join our nationally recognized home services team in Kitty Hawk, NC, and help maintain and upgrade homes to the highest standards. We are located in Kitty Hawk.ResponsibilitiesCarpentry: Interior and Exterior.Drywall: Install, repair, tape, and finish. Spray textures and match existing textures.Painting: Apply various techniques for interior and exterior projects.Electrical: Handle minor tasks like changing outlets and fixtures.Plumbing: Fix leaks, replace faucets, and unclog drains.Doors and Windows: Installation, repairs, and replacementsMaintain clean work areas and manage tools responsibly. Keep an organized workspace and van.Communicate with customers from start to finish of projects.Requirements2+ years of handyman experience.Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor electrical, and minor plumbing.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Knowledge of using smart phone apps for work orders.Valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.Background Check and Drug Screen Required.BenefitsCompetitive pay.Paid time off and paid holidays.Monday to Friday work.8-hour days.Company vehicle to drive during working hours.Incentivized pay opportunities.Location: Most jobs span from Corolla to South Nags Head.
