About the Opportunity: The Integrations & Technical Support Specialist is responsible for managing the onboarding and ongoing support of API integrations between restaurant brands and third-party vendors. This role ensures smooth data flow across the food delivery network by diagnosing issues, training partners, and developing reliable integration processes. The position provides technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to maintain operational efficiency and enhance integration quality.3. Responsibilities:Onboard new API integrations with restaurant brands and third-party vendors.Test integrations during onboarding and development cycles.Document integration processes, configurations, and failure modes.Investigate and resolve API-related issues using log analysis and data debugging.Interpret and debug JSON, XML, and GraphQL payloads.Escalate complex issues with detailed reproduction steps to engineering teams.Provide technical training to internal teams and external partners.Translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders and business context for technical ones.Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Trainers, and Technical Leads.Communicate regularly with clients and vendors via email, video conferencing, and screen sharing.Pursue ongoing learning and engagement with evolving integrations and tools.4. Requirements:Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.Strong understanding of API integrations and data movement between systems.Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML; willingness to learn GraphQL.Experience troubleshooting technical integrations with a methodical approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills adaptable to different audiences.Ability to remain calm and resolve issues under pressure.Understanding of how data supports business objectives.Problem-solving creativity for complex operational challenges.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $70,350–$92,400 annually.Final offers depend on experience, expertise, and region.This range excludes additional benefits such as equity, 401(k), medical, dental, or vision insurance.6.
