Speech-Language Pathologist

Job description: Soliant Education is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team for a school district in Connecticut. We're looking for an SLP with a passion for working with young students who need support in their language and communications development! Position Details: Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time Contract for Next School Year Monday-Friday 36.5 hours / week $60-$72/hour K-12 School Caseload Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals. Provide therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the educational curriculum. Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessment results and therapy progress. Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid State license or eligibility to obtain one to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
