A company is looking for a Regulatory & Product Counsel to navigate legal complexities in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Track and analyze laws impacting the platform and deliver actionable guidance Partner with cross-functional teams to support real-time decision-making Manage compliance frameworks, perform audits, and coordinate regulatory inquiries Required Qualifications J.D. with an active bar license (TX, FL, or GA preferred) Approximately 5+ years of relevant legal experience Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FCRA, Fair Housing, and data privacy Experience working with Product, Marketing, or Operations teams Ability to manage high-volume legal inquiries and prioritize effectively
