AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned AI Solution Architect with 12+ years of overall technology experience, including 5+ years in hands-on architecture leadership. The ideal candidate will drive AI solutions from ideation to implementation, lead performance optimization, support RFPs and pre-sales, and architect scalable enterprise solutions using Azure AI technologies. Deep expertise in RAG architectures, LLMs, and Microsoft ecosystem technologies is essentialKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Microsoft partners in building their Agents Advisory practices, and design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365 Agents SDK, and Copilot APIsProvide architectural guidance to System Integrators to help them proactively avoid issues and accelerate solution delivery.Identify product gaps and represent the voice of the customer to the internal Microsoft Product teams.Publish whitepapers, blogs, best practices, videos, and tools to help scale AI adoption across the partner and developer community.Collaborate closely with Microsoft sales teams, CSAs, partner teams, operations, and customer success groups to drive overall success.Support partners and customers across US and EMEA time zonesGuide and mentor junior developers across onshore and offshore teams.Provide weekly status reports and keep all stakeholders informed.Required Skills & Experience12+ years in software/solution engineering with 5+ years at Architect/Lead/Principal level.Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to production.Deep expertise in:Hands-on work with Azure AI Services, including:Azure OpenAI Service (assistants, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, cost/performance optimization)Azure AI Search (vector search, hybrid retrieval, custom scoring, re-ranking)Cognitive Services (Language, Speech, Vision)Strong RFP / Pre-Sales experience including solutioning, proposal creation, estimation, and workshops.Expertise in Microsoft technologies:Event Hub, Service BusStrong understanding of security, compliance, identity, including Entra ID, VNET/PE, Key Vault, encryption, data governance, Responsible AI.Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.J-18808-Ljbffr
