We’re looking for aRAN Wireless Subject Matter Expertwith deep4G/5G air interface and system-level expertiseto support next-gen wireless product development and customer engagements. This isnot a test engineer role— we need asystems-level thinkerwho can bridge product, performance, and customer requirements. What You’ll Do Translatecustomer requirements → system & feature requirements Performdeep analysis of 4G/5G call flows and protocols AnalyzeUE logs (QXDM, XCAL)to identify performance issues Supportnew product introductions & SW releases Leadtechnical deep-dive sessions with customers (carriers) Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and HQ teams Supportpre-sales and solution design discussions What We’re Looking For 12+ yearsof wireless experience (RAN focused) Strong expertise in4G/5G air interface & performance Deep understanding of3GPP standards (Rel-15/16 preferred) Hands-on experience with: UE log analysis (QXDM, XCAL) Protocol stack (PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC) Experience withMassive MIMO, Beamforming, LTE-NR interworking Ability toconvert business/customer needs into system requirements Strong communication andcustomer-facing experience Nice to Have Background withEricsson, Nokia, Samsung, or similar OEMs Experience withvirtualized networks Exposure tolab + field troubleshooting (IODT, chipset testing) What We’re Looking For Strongfield leadership and hands-on execution mindset Ability to managemultiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment tosafety, quality, and on-time delivery Excellent communication withtechnical teams and stakeholders We are Connectors .
