Senior Java Engineer

Java DeveloperDesigning and implementing Java-based applications. Analyzing user requirements to inform application design. Defining application objectives and functionality. Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure. Developing multimedia applications. Developing documentation to assist users. Ensuring continuous professional self-development.12+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, C++. 6+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka. Good exposure to microservices architecture, cloud technologies. Experience in designing and building scalable, distributed applications. Experience in product development would be a plus. Experience in eCommerce projects. Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience. The most successful candidates will have experience in the following: Gitlow, Kubernetes, Docker, Atlassian products – Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence etc.
