Director

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, program management, and administrative skills. Duties - Manage all aspects of the organization's programs for individuals with developmental disabilities - Oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation - Lead and supervise staff in delivering high-quality services - Develop and manage budgets effectively - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners Qualifications Director cert - Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience working with people with developmental disabilities - Strong background in behavioral health and program management - Excellent administrative and organizational skills - Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management - Experience in program development and relationship management - Prior supervisory experience is required This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while leading a dedicated team towards achieving our mission.
