Certified Educational Coach

A company is looking for a Certified Coach. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site coaching for teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators Create and provide campus or district-specific resources and feedback to coachees Participate in planning and professional development meetings three times a year Required Qualifications Experience as a teacher, instructional coach, or educational leader Strong understanding of best practices and systems thinking in education Ability to travel nationally, including overnight trips Willingness to work a range of 75-140 days per academic year Familiarity with coaching models and tools, specifically the eGROWE coaching model
