Pharmacist Location: Woodward, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,106 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 4/14/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years required License: Current state Pharmacy license Certifications: BLS, PharmD, RPH Must-Have: Chemo/Hazardous Drug Certification preferred, IV Certification preferred Description: Current and valid driver's license or state-issued ID is required. Utility bill in the traveler’s name with a matching address within the last three months is required. Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. Driver's license and utility bill must be included with submission. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. Schedule alternates between 07:00 - 15:30 and 09:00 - 17:30. Experience required includes performing inpatient duties as well as preparing outpatient infusions and chemotherapy. All candidates must be willing to float to other areas if needed. Candidates must have no license hits. Reference checks must include two supervisory references. Any gaps in the traveler’s profile (three months or more) require an explanation in the work history. Traveler must have a minimum of one year separation from previous employment to be eligible for submission. Modules are completed during orientation and vary by specialty.
