Delivery Technician Job Description: The Delivery Technician is responsible for safe, timely, and efficient hot tub delivery, as well as, the relocation of floor models and other inventory. The proper tools, comprehensive training, and equipment will be provided to you. Key Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Delivery Supervisor, the Delivery Technician will provide a full range of delivery and product relocation duties including but not limited to: Loading the delivery vehicle from a staging area using sleds, dollies, or any other necessary equipment to transport customer’s product from trailer to designated area on the customer’s property Delivering to residential locations Conduct positive customer relations Other related duties Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with the ability to move heavy objects to designated areas, and travel to customers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have excellent delivery skills. Must have strong attention to detail. Must have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work as a member of a team or individually. Have Basic knowledge of computers and software Ability to travel to customers/clients. Ability to move heavy objects. Our warehouse is one block away from CalTrain, Bart, Bus, right off the exit of 101 and less than 10 minutes from 280.
