Overview You will own the vision and implementation of a centralized data ecosystem for EHS and Security across Chewy’s Fulfillment Network. As a technical leader, you’ll unify data from EHS, Security/Asset Protection, GSOC, and Food Safety into a governed platform and enable AI-enabled insights. You work across tech teams to embed automation and intelligent reporting that reduces admin workload and surfaces risk. This role blends technology, data architecture, and program management to empower field teams and leadership with trusted data and actionable intelligence. Compensation / Benefitsmedical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability401k and equity grantunlimited PTO with manager approvalpaid holidays; paid sick and family leavepet insurance discounts; telemedicine; EAPflexible spending accounts ResponsibilitiesOwn platform strategy, integration design, and long-term evolution of EHS & Security data systems across multiple domainsDesign and build a centralized, governed data ecosystem enabling cross-functional analytics and a single source of truthPartner with tech teams to deploy AI-powered tools (agents, bots, intelligent reports) to improve field operations and compliance workflowsServe as technical owner and administrator for Intelex EHS platform; lead modules implementation from requirements through deploymentWrite and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; own metric logic and data governance for traceabilityArchitect and maintain Tableau dashboards and Intelex reports for leaders and executivesDesign data integrations (Intelex with Sedgwick, ServiceNow, SailPoint, Snowflake, Tableau) using SFTP, API, and OData; ensure data quality and pipeline reliabilityIdentify and lead lean automation opportunities across EHS and Security workflowsOwn governance, configuration standards, and access control for EHS and Security platformsManage vendor relationships (Intelex, Tableau/Salesforce) and maintain documentation to enable self-service Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field7+ years of experience in EHS systems administration, data analytics, or technical program managementHands-on Intelex EHS platform administration and configuration experience; familiarity with similar platformsStrong SQL for data extraction/validation and data warehouse experience (Snowflake preferred)Strong Tableau skills for executive dashboards across multi-domain dataExperience building data integrations via SFTP, API, and OData; troubleshoot pipelinesInterest or experience in AI/ML tools, AI agents, or automationKnowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1904, RIR, DART, MSD, Workers’ Comp metricsExcellent data storytelling and cross-functional communication skillsWillingness to travel up to 25%Strong communicationData storytellingCross-functional collaborationSQLSnowflakeTableau
