Full Stack Engineer

Role: Forward Deployed Engineer (Full Stack Developer) Successful candidates must be willing to work onsite following training in one of the designated client locations:Dallas, TexasEdison, New JerseyDuration: Full-Time (Salaried)Experience: 3+ yearsPrimary Stack: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Fast API, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud Platforms, Containers, CI/CD, GenAI ToolsRole Type: Full Stack Software Engineer / Forward Deployed EngineerRole Overview:We are seeking motivated Full Stack Software Developers with a minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience to join a specialized Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program supporting. Candidates will participate in an intensive 10-week Forward Deployed Engineer training program focused on modern software engineering, cloud-native development, AI-enabled applications, and customer-facing solution delivery. Training can be completed remotely, followed by onsite deployment at client locations.As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with business stakeholders and engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable applications and AI-powered solutions. This role requires strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.Required Skills3+ years of professional software development experience building production-ready applications.Strong programming fundamentals with hands-on experience in Python, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), asynchronous programming, type annotations, testing, and working with production codebases.Experience developing web applications using JavaScript and/or TypeScript.Hands-on experience building user interfaces using modern Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.Familiarity with backend application development using frameworks such as Fast API or equivalent server-side technologies.Understanding of API authentication, authorization, and data validation patterns.Experience working with relational databases and SQL.Working knowledge of NoSQL database technologies.Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications.Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.Familiarity with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or similar technologies.Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.Knowledge of source control systems and collaborative development workflows using Git.Understanding of software debugging, testing, and performance optimization.Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience building AI-powered applications or integrating LLM-based solutions.Knowledge of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.Exposure to machine learning, data engineering, or MLOps concepts.Experience working in Agile software development environments.Training ProgramProgram: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) TrainingDuration: 10 WeeksTraining Mode: RemotePost-Training Work Location: Dallas, TX or Edison, NJThe curriculum includes hands-on training in:Full Stack Software DevelopmentCloud Engineering & DevOpsAI/LLM Application DevelopmentAgentic AI WorkflowsContainerization & KubernetesCI/CD AutomationData Platforms & APIsCustomer-Facing Solution DeliveryProduction Deployment & Operational Excellence
