Position Overview: The Associate General Counsel reports directly to the Executive General Counsel and is responsible for handling a variety of fairly routine assigned legal projects within the Legal Department. Essential Job Functions Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues Ensure legal objectives are met Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates Litigate First-Party insurance lawsuits.
