You'll collaborate with crossfunctional teams, manage timelines, and support tooling design, fabrication, and optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans, timelines, and tooling requirementsOversee tooling design, fabrication, and validationConduct inspections to ensure tooling meets quality and performance standardsTroubleshoot tooling and process issues; implement corrective actionsCommunicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholdersAnalyze tooling performance data to drive improvementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across tooling and manufacturing processesQualificationsPlastics injection molding experience required5+ years of experience in tooling, engineering, or related manufacturing rolesProficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)Familiarity with project management tools and methodologiesStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsEffective communication and crossfunctional collaboration abilitiesProactive approach to troubleshooting and quality improvement
