Residential Group Home Manager
The House Manager must have all training qualifications, four years formal education in a related field or 6 years of experience; or a combination of both totaling 6 years, as determined by director.
This is a Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm position with on-call responsibilities for the homes you are managing.
The House Manager oversees three 2-person group homes each with 7 staff (6 members and approximately 21 staff), duties include, but are not limited to reviewing documentation, leading team meetings, direction and clarification for Direct Support Professionals, ensuring group home meets all Citizens of Maine standards and ensures all member care is met with 100% accuracy and integrity.
