The Employment Law Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation in matters related to employment law. They will handle day-to-day tasks such as conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing employment contracts, advising clients on employment-related issues, and representing clients in court or during negotiations. This role is primarily located in Southport, CT but offers remote work.QualificationsStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsExperience in employment law litigation and negotiationsExcellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic adviceStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationshipsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the bar in the state of Connecticut and New YorkAdmission to D.Conn. and S.D.N.Y. federal courts required.
