Position OverviewJob Title Senior Counsel, Bank Regulatory LegalCorporate Title DirectorLocation New York City or Jacksonville, FlOverviewAs Senior Counsel, Bank Regulatory Legal, you will serve as a strategic advisor to Deutsche Bank AG’s (the “Bank’s”) businesses and infrastructure functions on bank regulatory matters arising from the Bank’s Americas and global activities. This role requires a pragmatic, experienced lawyer who can deliver clear, commercially practical advice in a specialized practice area within a large, complex global banking organization.Deutsche Bank is a leading global banking organization headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, with a substantial and strategically important U.S. presence that includes its New York Branch, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. The Bank’s U.S. activities are subject to extensive oversight by the Federal Reserve and the New York State Department of Financial Services, among other key regulators The Bank Regulatory Legal team provides strategic legal advice on U.S. bank regulatory matters affecting the Firm’s business activities in the United States and its U.S. intermediate holding company structure. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
