We’re looking for a contract Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support a manufacturing client in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area.This is a flexible opportunity for an experienced environmental and safety professional looking for part-time or supplemental consulting work.Scope of Support Includes:* Environmental compliance support and reporting* Facility safety inspections* OSHA compliance assistance* Hazardous waste management support* Air, stormwater, and chemical tracking assistance* Safety training and new hire orientation* PPE and hazard control oversight* Written program development and maintenanceDetails:* 10–40 hours per month* Flexible schedule* $35–$75/hour depending on experience and time committment * Manufacturing experience preferred* Environmental compliance experience preferredIdeal for an independent consultant, retired EHS professional, or someone looking to supplement existing work.i
