SAP Native HANA Architect

Title: SAP Native HANA ArchitectLocation: Portland, OR (Day 1 Onsite)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP Native HANA Architect to join our team in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Native HANA development, ABAP, and ABAP on HANA, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex HANA data models. This role requires hands-on experience with HANA modeling, optimization, and security, as well as familiarity with ETL processes and real-time data replication.Responsibilities:Native HANA Development: Design and develop HANA data models, including Calculation Views, and work with complex stored procedures, functions, tables, Table Functions, and Scalar Functions.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective HANA data models and solutions.Performance Optimization: Monitor, investigate, and optimize data models and reporting performance on SAP HANA to ensure efficient and effective data processing.Security and Authorization: Implement and manage security models using analytical privileges, SQL privileges, pre-defined roles, and schemas to ensure secure access and compliance.ETL and Data Replication: Experience with BODS, SLT, SDI, and SDA for real-time replication and ETL processes for non-SAP data sources.XS Development: Develop and debug XS Data, XSJS Services, and other XS development components as needed.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Native HANA, ABAP, and ABAP on HANA.HANA Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with HANA modeling, including Calculation Views, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization.Security Knowledge: In-depth understanding of authorization concepts in SAP HANA and implementation of security models.ETL Tools: Experience with BODS, SLT, SDI, and ETL for non-SAP data sources.Real-Time Replication: Familiarity with SDA for real-time data replication.XS Development: Experience with XS Data, XSJS Services, and debugging.Location Requirement: Must be able to work onsite in Portland, OR starting Day 1.
