Customer Service Manager Miami, FL | On-site Full-Time | Confidential Search We are partnering with a well-established, industry-leading organization to identify a Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate a high-performing customer support operation. This is a confidential opportunity with a large, fast-paced manufacturing company offering strong stability and growth potential. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a call center environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
