Our collaboration extends across a diverse array of programs and platforms, including major military prime contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon.POSITION SUMMARY:The IT Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management of key IT projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededSuccessfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:BS/BA in IS/IT or related fieldCMMC Certification and PMP preferredNIST 800-171 compliance experience7+ years experience successfully managing IT projectsProven working experience in project management in the information technology sectorSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in IT applications or IT InfrastructureExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft VisioPMP certification is a plus.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Medium-to-large office environmentFast paced office environmentThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderateExposed to a combination of normal office type environmentsSALARY RANGE:Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $125,000 to $150,000TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:There are typically no travel requirements for this position (0%)NOTES: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this position's employee(s).
