Job Description Superintendent (CCR / Concrete Restoration)Some Travel May Be RequiredDirect Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled TradesPosition OverviewSuperior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on projects involving the inspection, cleaning, coating, repair, and modification of concrete structures, including prestressed composite tanks. This role is responsible for executing projects in the field, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating closely with Project Managers and field crews.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and train field personnel to execute project scope efficientlyPlan, schedule, and track project progress and milestonesIdentify and resolve field issues, coordinating with Project Managers as neededOversee inspection, cleaning, coating, and repair of concrete structuresPrepare and submit field reports and documentation in a timely mannerSupervise jobsite crews and support workforce planning and assignmentsMaintain safety compliance and enforce company standards on all job sitesCommunicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding project statusQualifications5+ years of construction or field experience (infrastructure, concrete repair, coatings, or water/wastewater preferred)Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and field operationsExperience leading crews and managing jobsite activitiesAbility to read and interpret project documents and specificationsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license with clean recordAbility to pass background check, drug screen, and fit testingComfortable working at heights and in active construction environmentsPreferred: AMPP (Coatings) and/or ACI (Concrete) certificationsWork EnvironmentCombination of field and office workTravel required with overnight staysActive construction site conditions including noise, dust, and varying weatherThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on Superintendent looking to grow within the concrete restoration and infrastructure space while working on impactful projects.INDHPowered by JazzHRBY6hKopC2k
