If you enjoy hands-on work, staying productive, and being part of a collaborative environment, this role is a great fit.What You'll Do:Grind and prepare cannabis for pre-roll productionOperate rolling machines and assist with hand-rolled productsSift material and ensure consistency for productionPerform quality checks to ensure accurate weights and standardsTrack production output, inventory, and daily totals by strainMaintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areasCollaborate with leads to meet production goals and deadlinesSupport training, R&D, and other processing departments as neededWhat We're Looking For:21+ years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasksComfortable standing/sitting for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbsComfortable working in a two-story warehouse, using stairs regularly, and working at heights (mezzanines/upper levels)Basic computer skills preferredReliable, efficient, and team-orientedBonus (Not Required):Experience with trimming, rolling, or production environmentsWhy You'll Love It:Consistent hours in a growing industryTeam-driven environment with opportunities to learn and growHands-on work with clear production goals and impactPowered by JazzHR
