Leads efforts to support management by providing analysis to senior leaders Identifies management reporting needs to assist the business in achieving its goals. This role will have a primary focus on the Wealth Management business lineIndustry knowledge in the wealth and investments space is criticalEnsure financial strategies comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Complete comprehensive budgets and forecasts.Preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and key performance indicators.Gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the financial performance of the BankCollaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate financial risks.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferredCPA or CFA certification is highly desirable.5 years of experience in a finance role within the banking or financial services sector.Wealth management operations, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
