Barista / Cashier Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | $19+/hr. with tips Nathaniel Reid Bakery – Kirkwood, MO Nathaniel Reid Bakery is an award-winning, fast-growing bakery known for high-quality pastries, desserts, and sandwiches. We’re looking for a friendly and efficient Barista/Cashier to join our front-of-house team. Pay & Schedule $8.60/hr. base + tips, averaging $19–$21/hr. Shifts typically fall between 7:30am–5:30pm, Tues–Sat (Common shifts include 7:30–3:30, 7:55–4:00, or 9:30–5:30) We're closed Sundays, Mondays, and most major holidays What You’ll Do Greet customers, take orders, and create a warm, welcoming experience Prepare espresso drinks and serve bakery items Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Keep the space clean, stocked, and organized Package and present retail items for sale Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with front and back-of-house team What We’re Looking For Welcoming, reliable, and professional Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Takes initiative and works well in a team Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to cleanliness and presentation Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods 1+ year hospitality, food service, or cashier experience preferred Benefits 401(k) retirement plan with 3% contribution—no match required Profit sharing Paid time off Employee discount Apply now on Indeed or at nrbakery.com/careers to join one of the region’s most celebrated bakeries.
