This first shift, temp-to-hire role offers competitive pay of $15.50-$16.50/hour based on experience.What to expect:We'll review applications as they come in and reach out to qualified candidates within 3-5 business days. Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists and RF scannersPack products securely following packing specifications and quality standardsVerify order accuracy before shipping - check item numbers, quantities, and conditionLabel packages with correct shipping information and documentationOperate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials efficientlyMaintain clean and organized work areaPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracyMeet productivity and accuracy targetsQualifications Previous warehouse experience in picking and packingStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyComfortable standing and walking for extended periodsBasic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systemsReliable transportation and strong attendance recordAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentForklift certification a plus but not requiredWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as neededEOEThank you for your interest in iBoost Talent, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participate in the E-Verify eligibility confirmation program.Powered by JazzHR
