Position Summary: The Office Coordinator in the Dean's office within CLAS will have responsibilities, including messaging, office support, faculty assistance with grants, travel coordination, and communication within and between colleges. This position is intended to ensure a welcoming presence in the Dean’s Office, manage the Dean’s calendar, promote College events and achievements through social media and internal communications, coordinate travel for the office, manage supplies and inventory, organize events, oversee daily operations, maintain accurate and timely filing, support faculty in grant management in partnership with the Sponsored Projects Office, assist faculty and staff with travel authorizations and reimbursements, and provide additional support to the Dean and Dean’s Assistant as required.
