Project Engineer

Job Description Company:Timberline construction is a commercial general contracting company that specializes in food and beverage, mixed use, industrial and education projects.Position Summary:This position serves as the support role for the Project Management teams and Preconstruction Teams. Responsibilities range from project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, project engineering, execution and closeout.Responsibilities:Support all aspects of construction project(s) from pursuit, estimating / proposal and ultimately execution / closeoutAssist in project document control, RFI's, submittals, procurement and maintain drawing revisionsSupport field team as necessaryPrepare weekly OAC meeting agenda, minutes and distributionPrepare, review and distribute end of week customer updatesLead the close out processInterface with subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and customersQualifications:Bachelors degree, ideally in construction related field2+ years of construction related experienceFluent and ability to understand construction drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with construction management software, Procore.Deadline and detail-oriented
