Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and instructions
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and work areas
Ensure that food is cooked and served at the correct temperature
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
Qualifications / Skills:
Experience as a line cook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail
