You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, apply your technical skills, and contribute to projects that require innovative and code-compliant solutions. This position offers exposure to a wide variety of projects and includes up to 25% travel across the U.S.Your Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and utilize field dataPerform and complete low voltage design workParticipate in field work as neededUnderstand project scopes and schedulesComplete SKM modelingCompile drawings and submittalsProvide submittal review supportConduct AHJ and code researchCoordinate RFIs between engineering and project teamsContribute to project plan developmentWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)1+ years of experience in low voltage design (preferred)Basic knowledge of NEC and NFPA standardsFamiliarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other CAD softwareStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsEffective time management with the ability to meet deadlinesSelf-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both in the field and at a computerStrong work ethic and emerging leadership skillsWhere You’ll WorkHybrid role: some work from home, with fieldwork as requiredMain office: Clarksville, TNCandidate should live within 1 hour of a commercial airportWhat We OfferSalary: $61,000 – $94,000 annually (based on education and experience)Annual bonus: up to 10% of base salaryWork from home (no relocation required)Flexible working hoursHealth, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid disability and life insuranceFour weeks’ vacation + 7 paid holidays401k plan with company matchFamily-oriented culture with career growth opportunities
